My reason to jumping out of a plane!
When I was 6 my dad got poorly and he needed a transplant. Luckily in October 99, when I was 12 we got the call to say it was time, there was a match. I spent 6 years wishing for that day to come. 17 years on, I will never forget the night that we got our prayers answered. I will never forget that cuddle before he was taken in nor the special angel that meant I have had my dad in my life 17 years later. I carry a donor card in hope that I will be able to help answer someone’s prayers one day. I know how lucky I am to have my dad in my life so when someone I love told me they needed to get the funds together to give someone they love the opportunity to have more time with his family, I knew I had to help.
Here is their story
October 2016 my boss or better known to me as my work mum, good friend Susan Allan and her family were given some devastating news. Susan’s husband, dad to her 3 kids was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer with only palliative care being offered with 9 months to live through the NHS. As a family they have been doing some research and have been told about a private clinic that could mean her husband, Frazer, having more time with his family. But this comes at a high price £100,000 to be exact as this treatment is not available on the NHS so this is where the fundraising comes in.
I have paid for the jump myself so any money raised will be going directly to the Allan’s to help towards the funds they need for Frazer to have the opportunity to get this treatment. So please if you could donate anything I know the family will be so grateful.

one last thing because I'm not mad enough for signing up for this in the first place. If I smash the £1000 target that I have set, I will upgrade my skydive so that I jump from 15000ft. So the balls in your court if this going to be petrifying or REALLY petrifying for me on the day.
