Story
Our amazing Mum Erika Slater sadly passed away on 17th December 2024.
At 67 years of age she was still working hard and had just celebrated 50 years in the NHS as a Mental Heath Nurse.
Rather than sending flowers for her funeral, we kindly request a donation in aid of the dementia organisation that was close to her heart - YODEL Stockport (Young On-set Dementia Enjoying Life).
All money raised will be withdrawn by me and I will transfer direct to the YODEL group. This will help arrange days out, events and activities. Something Erika frequently arranged or took part in with her team, carers and patients.
