    Story

We're creating stories that will transform trajectories... we're creating stories that will save lives.

The shear drought of narratives that are equally Christ-centred and imaginative in the UK film & media, theatre and arts world is evident but unnoticeable to many. But we've have noticed, and we're grieved by this problem.

Why is this a problem? It's a probelm because as a collective we are breathing evidence that the Gospel of Jesus Christ has the power to save, heal and restore. We also know that storytelling is a powerful tool to bring about real change - and we're not seeing the Gospel and the art of storytelling reconciled to bring change to our communites and the world at large. When we do see 'faith-based' stories, they're seldom created with imagination, complexity, humanity and thought - all the things that makes great stories. So we're here to be the change we want to see!

Why should you care? We'd like to hopefully assume that you too want to see people changed, trajectories steered toward hope, and lives fulfilled. We believe that our stories we do just that; not just because we're compelling storytellers (humbly tooting our horns) but because each and every one of us her at Cities On Hills have been quite literally saved by the love letter to humanity that is Jesus.

Through our projects we aim to:

-Raise awareness to relevant social issues that young adults are facing and unpacking these issues from a Gospel perspective to create change.

-We’re filling a gap in the market of Christ centred human stories that are imaginative, relevant and universal.

-We’re marrying relevant underrepresented societal issues with the Gospel of Chirst - revealing Jesus’ heart towards our issues, and in all of this, how He is our one true hope in a fallen world.

We would love your support in turning this dream into a reality. No donation is too small so please sow a seed as led! Thank you in advance :)
