I've raised £200 to help deliver medical supplies to remote villages in The Gambia

In April, I'll be heading out to circumnavigate the whole of The Gambia river with my friend and expedition partner Martyn Bell.
This expedition will take us far in land, to the most remote areas of the country. Here, we'll aim to deliver first aid training and supplies, as well as water filtration bottles and stationary to those communities and families that have so little.
The average wage in the Gambia is between £16-£30. Therefore, even the smallest donation will go a very, very long way, allowing us to buy essential supplies in the capital of Banjul before we head up country.
