reTen members of Bridport Ladies Circle are going to walk 200 miles in the month of November between us to raise money and awareness for the team behind giving Christmas stockings and hampers to vunerable families in Bridport. They rely on donations and this year more than ever they need our help. Each hamper costs £30 and the stocking costs around £5. Last year 46 hampers and 68 stockings were given away for Christmas Day, a spokesperson said “these gifts help ensure that our most needy and vulnerable families can enjoy Christmas dinner and a tea and that Children can enjoy the thrill of a visit from Santa”

We will upload our walks onto the Bridport LC FB page and look forward to the challenge ahead. We hope to reach our target so we can all help to bring a little cheer this Christmas to families in need. We thank you.
