I've raised £2500 to support any Brighton UK families who might be struggling financially this Christmas.

Apparently in 2020 the most affordable Christmas dinner for a family of 6 could be bought from Tescos for £21.73 or roughly £3.62 per person. That said this year for lots of reasons I reckon it could be more. My name is James and I'm a Brighton Seafront Officer, not that any of that is relevant. Way more importantly I'm a married, father of 3,something I don't take for granted how lucky I am to be.This Christmas like last could be especially tough for some families. I want to try and help in a small way by raising enough funds, okay I want to try and raise £2,500 to pay for 100 local families who may be struggling their Christmas meal. Have I thought logistically about how I'm going to do that? Have I contacted a local supermarket to see if they might be able to help? Have I contacted the local Santa Dash about helping with fundraising? Have I contacted any local food banks? Errr to all of those it's a hard no! That said a friend and I set up a charity 2004 www.pioafrica.co.uk that sadly we had to close in 2017 because we all had babies to feed and mortgages to pay,but on that,I'm confident I can give a proper good go.If you like what I am trying to do and want to donate anything you can thank you. I will be doing my best to personally thank everyone who does make a donation via my Tik Tok page @happybirthdaydaily .Therefore please find me on Tik Tok or via my Youtube Channel "Dad School The Musical to say
"Oi! I just made a donation can I have a musical thank you please!
I hope wherever you are in the World you're okay. Take care and thank you in advance.
James
