I’m delighted to share that he enjoyed a special flight in a WW2 Spitfire from Biggin Hill airfield as his 70th Birthday present. Hello everyone, Firstly apologies for the delay in updating you on our fundraising efforts. Those of you who were at the party will know that due to everyone’s generosity, we managed to buy Dad the present we were really hoping to get him - a flight in a World War 2 Spitfire plane!! He was totally surprised and overwhelmed and asked me to send on a note to say thanks. Now Dad is back from his big cruise around the Caribbean, we will book it up in the next few weeks and make sure we send you some pics! Thanks again Paul and family xx
