Louise Duggan returned to Chichester in 2022 after 23 years overseas. As a multidisciplinary artist with a deep passion for creativity, she saw an opportunity to enhance the city's lively arts scene further. This led her to found the Chichester Creative Art Network (Chichester-CAN), (part of the Sussex Creative Art Network). Chichester CAN is a Community Interest Company dedicated to organising dynamic events that showcase a rich tapestry of cultures, perspectives, and artistic expressions.
