Steve (woody) wood my dads very best friend doesnt do facebook but has been inundated with phone calls and offers to contribute towards my dads final farewell so he has asked me to set this up so that people can do just that....

Roy passed away suddenly on sunday the 5th of January and the family are still yet to find out what caused this. as you know Roy battled with cancer and beat it and was beginning to enjoy life again. his sudden passing has come as a huge shock to the family and they are comforted and humble by all the kindness...it just shows how loved he really was

you may know my dad from his younger days of being a Stocky boy....the various football teams he played for his days on the doors or you might of been lucky enough to of been given the red card in his reffing days....wherever you knew him from im sure you will agree he was an amazing man with the biggest heart and he would give anyone his last tenner...his final farewell is yet to be announced but we as a family are going to make it one that he will be proud of....thankyou so much for everyones kindness it is so comforting to know how loved he was by so many
