Hey Guys - Char & Soph here,

As you probably already know we are registered nurses who work together at The Christie.

We feel so lucky to work in such a state of art and innovative hospital, but we are undoubtedly aware that so many people worldwide don't have this luxury right on their doorstep.

In recognition of this we have decided to volunteer our time in the city of Arusha - Tanzania; working as nurses, to aid those less fortunate than us who do not have access to free or even sufficient healthcare.

As you can see from the photographs the people of Arusha don't even have a clean bed after travelling miles on foot to reach the closest basic medical care.

Therefore, we are fundraising to take as many medical supplies over as we can and plan to also donate a sum towards new medical equipment. Any donation at all would be a huge help and extremely appreciated.
