A story of heartache, heartbreak and so much more! Because the heart is actually what is at the heart of this story! A beautiful little girl called Alice who is 17 months old and her amazing family! A family who is probably one of the most strongest courageous families I have ever met! You see, this family, not only have one little lady that has heart problems. But 3! I’m not equipped or medical enough to give you all the details of this, but Alice’s mum and dad have their own page, outlining all the ups and downs called three hearts one journey. Alice has already gone through two open heart surgery’s, that have come with fear, recovery and uncertainty, not mentioning the fact of tearing a family apart temporarily! Unfortunately this isn’t the end of surgery for Alice and her sisters! Alice’s heart is not working as things should and even though she is so little and far smaller than they would ever want to perform this operation, they have no choice! I can’t even imagine what Zoe and Matt are feeling right now, or going through! This doesn’t just have an impact on Alice and them but also their other two small girls! The operation will have to be performed miles from their family home, meaning Zoe will leave the rest of her family to be with Alice, leaving Matt at home with two small children and his wife miles away! This means that Matt as a self employed farmer will not be able to work, in order to look after them! Not to mention the travel that they will do and Zoe setting up residents in another city, until Alice is well enough to come home! I’m asking for help to help this amazing family to not have to go through the financial heartache of what is already a heartbreaking situation for them!
