This year our school has decided to help raise money for the David Nott Foundation, a small charity that seeks to help train medical professionals in humanitarian surgery. Their trainees will work globally in conflict and natural disaster areas to deliver direct help as well as having a positive long term impact by training locals, creating safer and more sustainable communities.

To support this cause two of our senior students, Thore and Tom, will take on the challenge of running a marathon which we hope will raise the profile of the ongoing crisis in Syria. This marathon will consist of our usual cross-country training course (10.5k) that we will complete four times consecutively.
