Channy is from a poor provience in Cambodia near to Phnom Penh. She has worked for the same employee for nearly 10 years. She is a valued, trusted member of the team. She is well liked and always happy to do anything that is needed. She is the type of person who would share her breakfast, lunch or dinner with you - even though she doesn't have much herself.

Channy is a mother of two children and went in to give birth to a third. Unfortunately, it wasn't that simple! She lost a lot of blood, the Cambodian health care system were just pumping her with drugs but she was not responding. Her family decided to take her to Vietnam to save her life, they collected all the money they could, but it's not enough!

Channy has a hole in her heart, the doctors have pumped her with so many drugs, her body has broken down. She has been in ICU for the last 5 days and her health is improving but she has a long way to go for a full recovery

Thankfully her baby survive and is staying with her family but we want to bring Channy home to her. We need financial assistance to support her family, so she is able to stay in the Vietnam Hospital, so she can get well enough to be out of ICU and then stay to gain strength and get better - so she will be strong to go back to her family.
