A close friend, Jonny Ruffle, passed away May 2024 from an unexpected heart attack and he used to manage the marketing, fundraising and PR for these 2 charities (voluntary). His passing has left a big hole with both of these charities.

A group of his close friends and family are running a local family event 'Cartwheels and Sunflowers' again to raise much needed money for both charities, in memory of Jonny who loved doing cartwheels as often as he could and sunflowers.

All donations will be split between the 2 charities:

Let’s Play Project is a charity that specialises in fun After-School clubs, Holiday activities and Youth Groups for Young People aged5-25 with additional needs, in the Banbury area

Live PAWS is a no-kill, non-profit organisation, based in the south of Tenerife. With their team of committed volunteers, loving foster carers and local veterinarians, they are dedicated to rescuing dogs left homeless, for whatever reason. Jonny’s family live in Tenerife and they are all volunteers for this charity, and when he went out to visit he volunteered his expertise in marketing and PR.
