This is Biscuit. He is a young, friendly, loving dog who was sent by his owner to Lancram Kill Shelter in Romania in January. He has spent the last 6 months in a small pen with other larger dogs who bite and bully him every day. No one wants him. He will be killed inhumanely by the end of June if no one takes him out.

However, if I can raise the shelter fee of £300 for keeping him all of this time, I can get him to safety with the help of a rescuer who will find him a safe fosterer and a place with a re-homing organisation in the UK or Germany. Will you help me do this? A very small donation from a lot of people will mean Biscuit will be free and find a loving home. Otherwise, this poor dog will know only more cruelty.
