Story
I am being sued by multi millionaire Fergus Wilson. I need help raising funds for legal representation. I am a mum of 4 who reported Mr Wilson to the police because he sexually assaulted me in a property i rented from his wife. The police then saw fit to arrest him.
The police could not prosecute due to lack of evidence in a he said she said case. After hearing this news i was devastated but just wanted to get on with my life. Wilson then kicked me out of property and started proceedings in suing me for harassment.

This has been going on since May 2014. I have been fighting this man alone. I have lost so much already and for what. I reported a crime.
Please help me get justice and show that it is safe for women to report such crimes. Help me beat him and show our community we will not tolerate bullies or sexual predators.
I have lost my home, my health and my job because of what he has put me and my family through. Please help me not lose this case.

8 years agoToday was court day and I gave my evidence. The judge ruled that his case against me for harassment due to my reporting him to the police I'd to be DISMISSED... yay. However Wilson is still maintaining that further harassment was made when I submitted further statements to the police when I was contacted by The Wilson's or when I was asked questions by the police. The judge will rule and give verdict for this on the 22nd September 2017. Thank you to all how have supported me and please continue to donate and share.

8 years agoThank you to all who have supported me through this. Court is tomorrow and all your kind donations have paid for a most excellent barrister to represent me tomorrow at 10am. He has also him self made a donation to the cause. I will update tomorrow with the verdict. Again thank you all
