Story

Welcome to our Year of Giving Back page. If you are kind enough to donate, please add the event and employee name you're supporting.

In our 20th year as a business, we're running our Year of Giving Back initiative, which is a series of events from July 2022 to July 2023 with the aim of raising £20,000 to support our six charity partners:

Bury Cancer Support Centre, Bury Hospice, Bolton Lads & Girls Club, Fusilier Museum, Bury Christian Fellowship, and Manchester Dogs' Home.

March 2023 update – a donation was made directly to our charity partners in the sum of £5,000 from CBS which is not showing on our JustGiving page but brings our total amount to over £15,500.

In addition to our partners, we are also supporting Macmillan and Sam's Gift - charities that mean a lot to our team.

Upcoming Events:

January - Exercise Bike 2020km Challenge

March - The Three Towers

April - Peak District 9 Edges

May - Dragon Boat Race

June - Longest Golf Day

Over the past 20 years we have prided ourselves on being an integral part of our local community and supporting charities close to our heart. In 2019 we launched our My Make a Difference Day Volunteering Scheme and partnered with six local charities. The scheme enables our people to undertake a days volunteering with one of our partners and helps us to give back and support the amazing work each charity does in our local area.

If you'd like to donate to our Year of Giving Back every penny will be gratefully received by these amazing charities.

Note - We had to create a new page (as advised by Just Giving) and the £2,617 already raised has been carried over onto this page.
