I was so upset when I heard about Ifan Phillips' (one of my fave Ospreys) life changing injury after a RTA in December. I thought what I can do to help as I don’t have money so I trained to run 5K and raised £5275 on here.

Ifan now has his prosthetic leg and that's amazing but he still needs funds to fully pay for it - I'm still running parkruns every week but to finish off my fundraiser I am hoping friends will get a few sponsors from their family/friends & join me in a final challenge for this fundraiser - to walk up Pen-y-Fan mountain.
