I've raised £1500 to help Chiltern Wood School install some much needed tracking and hoists

Organised by Caroline Steadman
Caitlin’s school is fantastic. The Woodland department supports many children that encounter many challenges, mobility being one. There just isn’t enough money in the school budget to provide much needed ceiling hoists and tracking. Mobile hoists take up a lot of space and require extra transfers, lifting and are time consuming, not to mention the potential risk of back injury to staff. Installing electric hoists that run from bathrooms to classrooms to corridors will be a huge benefit to those children that need this specialist equipment. Each ceiling hoist and tracking costs £6000-£8000 per class. We need to raise aroind £40,000! Can you help us do this?!
