I've raised £30000 to fund Planning, Transport, Noise & Acoustic Consultants to represent our local businesses & community at the Bridge Industrial Public Enquiry

In 2022 Bridge Industrial submitted a planning application to demolish Weybridge Business centre and build a 13,859 sqm, 15.2m high, last mile parcel distribution centre (PDC).
Locals pulled together and formed The Poets Corner Residents Group (PCRG) to fight the application - And they WON, the application was rejected.
Bridge Industrial are now appealing this decision and on February 6th 2024 a public inquiry is being held and the PCRG have registered as a Rule 6 Party, allowing them to participate in the inquiry and fight this application a final time - BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP
As local businesses, YOU WILL BE NEGATIVELY IMPACTED if this appeal is successful. The possible negative impact will include:
- Elevated traffic flow entering and exiting the estate.
- Potential trade decline arising from customer access challenges.
- Existing business entryways obstructed due to insufficient HGV parking.
- Possible delivery delays or hindered access to your establishment.
- Potential staff shortages or lateness caused by access and traffic constraints.
So we need to ask for you help us fund the professional we need to provide us with technical evidence, supporting documentation, general representation and guide us through what lies ahead.
For more information please look at the PCRG website https://thepcrg.co.uk/
On behalf of the PCRG, Thank you.
