we are a local charity called Bumblebee babies based in Cumbernauld trying to raise money for the kids of our community with disabilities and that are terminally ill. we as a team want to raise money for a cuddle cot which allows parents to take home there baby that has sadly passed away prematurely and spend 1 or 2 days at home with them as the hospitals don't allow this unless you have one of these cuddle cots. The cuddle cot and equipment costs around 2500 which is a lot of money to buy just for 1 or 2 days and as you can imagine parents don't plan for this type of thing to happen. Our hope is to raise enough money to get one or more of these so we can supply it to the parents to give them a chance to take there baby home and have some precious time with them as a family so they have a chance to make memories wither that being to wash the baby or lye up and have cuddles in private something that ever parent wants to experience and to help with their healing process.
