Story
Mum sadly passed away at the end of October after suffering with dementia for the last 3 years of her life. She spent the last year in Brierfield House care home, who did a wonderful job taking care of mum until her last day.
Rather than buying flowers, Dad, Simon and I thought that donations to the care home would be more appropriate to say thank you to the many members of staff who took care of mum over this last year.
