We know how hard the current situation is for everyone, but have been concerned to hear of the plight of the homeless in our city. The Blackwell Company has decided to partner with registered charity Steps to Hope to raise funds and distribute supplies to them.

Steps to Hope supports the homeless and those suffering from addiction in Edinburgh. They provide an on-street presence to hand out the basic necessities to those in need, signpost people to relevant mutual aid groups and will pay for temporary shelter for those willing to make a change in their lives by taking a step towards recovery.

We are raising funds to help fill crates made by our skilled craftsmen - our team’s time and materials will be donated completely free of charge, so every penny raised here will go to Steps of Hope, a proportion as a cash donation and the balance used to purchase items as specified by the charity.

Anything you are able to donate will make a huge difference to this small local charity and to the lives of the vulnerable people they support.
