I've raised £40000 to Fund cancer treatment abroad

My Cancer Journey
After a bout of food poisoning I struggled with my stomach for about 2 years before being diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer (CRC) which had metastasised into my liver January 2021. The prognosis was dire and I was placed onto palliative chemotherapy having been told that I was inoperable. I embarked on my own self-funded journey of research into integrated cancer approaches, including dietary changes, supplementation, oncothermia, mistletoe therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), Exercise with Oxygen (EWOT), Intravenous Vitamin C (IVC) to enhance the efficacy of conventional chemotherapy.
By August 2021 the partial response to my chemotherapy was so successful that the surgical team in Aintree University Hospital believed that they could operate with curative intent. In November 2021 I had a major 8 -hour operation to the cancer in my liver. Surgeons removed the entire right lobe of my liver and, with a combination of ablation and resection removed what they could see in the left side. This left me with only 35% of my liver and my family were told to prepare for the worst. However, I defied the odds again and came through despite the sepsis and further infections I suffered over Christmas 2021
I underwent radiotherapy to the primary tumour in February 2022 but a subsequent scan showed that the cancer was progressing in my liver and the surgeons do not believe that I can have any curative treatment in the UK. I am still undergoing chemotherapy - I have now received 26 doses and the cancer was at the last scan reported as stable with some shrinkage in the liver metastasis - hooray for small miracles!
However, in order to have any hope of a cure for the cancer I will need to travel abroad to Europe to obtain the necessary intensity and aggressive intervention, and this will be self funded. I have already funded dendritic cell therapy in Germany but I still require further intereventions to tackle the persistent cancer.
I am conviced that had I had an earlier intervention my cancer would not have progressed as far as it had - an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure after all. I want to spread the message that you need to get checked out if you‘re worried and don’t take no for an answer!
My own journey has shown me that by simple lifestyle changes almost everyone can benefit their health and wellbeing and potentially prevent many chronic diseases occurring in the first place - you are what you eat!
There are a rising number of integrated cancer therapists in the UK and they can offer hope. I believe that the NHS is not able to innovate nor make serious efforts to positively benefit the lives of stage 4 patients because of the funding crisis.
I have set up this page in order to assist funding the medical care required for cancer treatment abrad. Thank you in advance.
If donations exceed the costs of treatment I will donate the monies to NIghtingale House Hospice and bowel cancer charities.
