I've raised £500 to give funds to the Friends of Noble's Hospital

93 year old Bob Corkish, a retired farmer formerly of Ballabeg, now happily residing at Southlands Residential Home in Port Erin has been truly inspired by Captain Tom Moore's amazing achievement coinciding with his 100th birthday, so much so that Bob has decided to take on a challenge of his own.
Bob has challenged himself to walk 100 laps of the whole ground floor of Southlands over the next couple of weeks raising funds for the Friends of Noble's Hospital, a charity who, in partnership with the Scheinberg family, has just recently and generously funded eight ventilators for the hospital. Bob is wholly supported by the management and dedicated carers of the Rushen Unit at Southlands, along with his family.
Having participated in the 2013 Parish Walk, completing 11 miles at the tender age of 86, Bob is definitely not shy of a walking challenge.
If you would like to get 'behind' Bob and this wonderful charity please make a donation.
