OUR STORY

Blue Flames ABC is run by a dedicated group of coaches and volunteers all who give up 4/5 nights per week to provide the community with fitness and discipline and learn the art of boxing.

We have over 100 members who come through our doors on a weekly basis ranging from age 7 to 40 plus. We have a range of sessions each evening ranging from kids classes beginners and advanced, competitive classes for carded boxers, ladies sessions, circuit classes and one to one sessions.

We have worked very hard to build the club up to this point over the past two years and it has taken a lot of commitment and dedication from all involved. Due to the hard work and determination of our coaches we are a very popular club in Taunton and travel the country competing at different levels. We also host at least two home shows in our local community each year.

Due to Covid19 we have unfortunately had to close our doors. We are asking for help to cover the cost of the gym rent and running costs so we can continue to provide our members with their much loved club once the pandemic is over. Our sole income comes from members that access the gym so at the moment we have no income. We really feel that being able to cover the costs of the gym and to keep the gym open long term will be a massive benefit to our community.
