Story

Archery for the blind and visually impaired has been around in the UK since the 1970's but only recently been accepted as a World recognised discipline by the World Archery Governing body.

There is NO FUNDING available for these new categories until we get more countries and more participants interested and it makes it into the Paralympics.
As soon as that happens, there will be finding thrown at the sport!!

Attending these events is costly, and doubled for a Visually Impaired person as they have to take a sighted escort with them.
However, we need to support as many events as possible in order to grow the sport and reach the Paralympics.
