Exciting update ! This week has been very busy in the Community Garden, on Monday we took delivery of 1.5 tons of raised bed mix to fill the four large planters, which were planted on Thursday with a mix of veg, wildflowers, bedding plants and ornamental grasses. Our volunteers have been working really hard in the heat and we're so thankful to them and to you - without you none of this would be possible x people are continuing to come and sit and enjoy the garden and all have commented on how lovely it is starting to look :-)

We've now reached £200 through crowdfunding on this page - yay!! This means that we can order two accessible raised trough planters :-) We've also got raised bed planters on the way that have been repurposed from old packing crates. A huge thank you to everyone who has donated so far. Our little plants in the temporary beds are growing well too, it's lovely to see things growing - adding colour to the space and also keeping those pollinators happy :-)
