Our Christmas appeal is for a short time period. We want to send, in early January, a van full of cold weather supplies, generators for example, for Ukrainian civilians and another 4x4 vehicle for use by the Ukrainian territorial forces. We want to raise £15,000. Every person at Blake & Bull will contribute in some form, this is at no charge to the campaign. From our customer happiness team taking phone donations to volunteer drivers we are happy to help.

Earlier this year we raised £31,671 to support Ukraines territorial forces resist the Russian invasion. We sent two 4x4 vehicles, body armour and the supplies directly requested by refugee centres in Mykolaiv. This was one of Just Givings most successful fundraisers in 2022.

We've built Blake & Bull patiently in our peaceful corner of England. Seeing the destruction wrought in Ukraine by Russian forces is appalling. There are many ways to help, we've found a very direct route to do so.

My friend Dr Daria Mattingly received her Ph.D from Cambridge University, lives in our lovely town of Bradford on Avon and is a Ukrainian from Kyiv. Daria has friends and family all over Ukraine and in Kyiv, she knows what they need and how we get it to them.

Her best friend Anton, father of two and until February a civil servant in Kyiv, is in the unit we continue to support of Ukraine Territorial forces. Over the summer two of the unit were killed driving one of the vehicles we sent and they have been very much on the front lines. They were the first unit to enter Vovchansk in Kharkiv oblast during the summer offensive and are now in the Donbas. Morale is high and the whole unit knows of your support to them and their families.

Your money has been sent to support the families of the service members killed, it has helped buy a reconnaissance drone, it has bought camouflage nets and many many supplies for a refugee centre in Mykolaiv.

Our effort is completely transparent with every item of expenditure publicly recorded by Blake & Bull's Finance Director.
