We are so proud of 6 of our members who have worked tirelessly to qualify as one of 6 teams nationally to attend the prestigious Prince Phillips Cup mounted games competitions at the Horse of the Year Show 2021. Established in 1965 Blackburn & District Pony Club is one of the smallest Branches in the UK and this is the first time our young members have made it to the highly acclaimed finals, an ambition of so many of the children across the 300+ Pony clubs that compete for one of the six places each year.

The children need your help to raise vital funds and ensure that they and their ponies have everything they need to be able to give their best performance over the 5 day competition. Riding at such an distinguished event is a fantastic opportunity, not only for the children but also to show case the drive, determination and talent of young people in Blackburn and the surrounding area.
