I was diagnosed with lymphoma at the start of this year and have been under going chemotherapy at worthing hospital. During this time I have spent hour after hour in my bed, feeling weaker and weaker.

I was told there was an exercise bike on the ward but was unable to get it due to someone else using it. When I did finally get the use of it I felt amazing and motivated again to get fit.

I am trying to raise enough so that the ward is able to buy another exercise bike, easy use equipment for use in bed and to sponsor other patients to get cancer specific exercises through Cancer United. Find out more on them at https://www.cancerunited.org.uk/

During my final 2 sessions of chemo, I cycled 110km over 11 days. If (hopefully not) I need more I will cycle another 10km per day of treatment.
