100 miles in April

Throughout the month of April I am going to run 100 miles to fundraise for my trip to Zambia in summer. In July I will be travelling to Zambia for 6 weeks; coaching Netball to young girls and developing their coaches with the aim to create a sustainable system of coaches to continue Netball's development in the country. Sports and teamwork have always been important in children's development and I believe that this trip will play a key part in the young girls' lives.
