Story
100 miles in April
Throughout the month of April I am going to run 100 miles to fundraise for my trip to Zambia in summer. In July I will be travelling to Zambia for 6 weeks; coaching Netball to young girls and developing their coaches with the aim to create a sustainable system of coaches to continue Netball's development in the country. Sports and teamwork have always been important in children's development and I believe that this trip will play a key part in the young girls' lives.

3 years agoI’ve been rubbish at keeping just giving updated, but I promise I have been running a lot! 100 miles finished yesterday with a lot of achievements along the way (half marathon, 5k pb and 1 mile, 2 miles and 1k pb). Very glad for it to be over but will miss the pressure of having to run everyday. Going to try and keep it up and carry on running because I’ve surprisingly been enjoying it!
