Ferdinando moniz Assuncao a hard working man put his life in danger as he went about his daily employment yesterday morning, carrying out some gardening work on Bonne Nuit cliffs when he unfortunately fell several feet.

Ferdinando is now receiving medical care in South Hampton hospital but unfortunately it is very likely that he will be paralysed from the waist down.

I am hoping that we as a strong Jersey community can come together to raise some funds for Ferdinando's two daughters to take it in turns (due to both having family commitments and children) to travel too and from the UK to support their father at this very difficult time.
