Hello everyone I hope your all well. What started as a drunken idea (most are) I decided I needed a health kick. Anyway I have started running again after a 6 year abscence. I have entered the Glasgow half marathon in September, I was going to run it and raise funds for heart disease and cancer research both very good charities however I am sure plenty of funds will be raised for both of them on this day.

I am going to run for Beith Juniors 2012's football team, they are a great wee group of kids and have only been set up since the start of the year. Basically we need to raise funds to buy strips, to hire football pitches, to enter into tournaments, to buy trophies everything really. I would be delighted if we raised the total however anything you can give will be greatly received. If you see me out running a toot of the horn a wave or any shout of encouragement will be tremendous.
