Story
Martin and Eve were the closest survivors of the bomb blast at the Ariana Grande concert on 22.5.17 . Both have sustained life changing injuries .
martin is a friend of Allys from his days of working in Leeds. This team of four , the Bee Team ( Alan Haysom, Ally Field, Laura Hickey and Steph Poulter) are competing in the Leeds triathalon on Sunday June 10 2018 to raise money for them to help adapt to their new way of living . Its a first for the 3 girls, Alan is showing us how its done 😉
The training has been tough and is getting tougher , but we are inspired by Martins courage, hard work and determination. Truthfully what we have to do pales into insignificance beside the adversities their family have had to overcome .
No amount of money is too small ( or big 😁)... please give what you can to support us in our challenge to raise £5000 to make a difference to these two awesome humans ❤️

7 years agoFeeling inspired once again after a visit with Martin yesterday ... apparently one of his friends has commented that he and eve have dragons blood having survived the manchester bomb against all odds .. I think that may be true . And hearts of lions . Our just giving page is closing soon , please donate if you can . Our friends and family have been enormously generous to date , if any of you who haven’t already donated can do so , it’s very easy via the link.... it’s all too easy to us to forget , survivors have to live with it . Love wins❤️
