Running for KIT!
The children from Years 3, 4, 5 & 6 are looking to raise money to buy new school sports tops for the cross country/athletics team. We are hoping to buy 50 shirts to cover all teams.
The sponsored event will involve all Key Stage 2 children who will be running for 30 minutes to try and complete as many laps as possible in that period of time.
It is hard to finance extra items such as sports kit through normal school funding so the children have come up with the idea of doing a sponsored cross country to raise funds towards a custom made kit.
Any extra funds raised will go towards the new adventure play area.
