Each year I say I'm going to do something to improve myself, get fitter, healthier etc and rarely do. So, this year I'm doing it! As I come towards the end of my 48th year it's time to see what this old fella can do.

This "David Goggins" inspired Bazza is going to attempt to do something out of my comfort zone each month - mostly it'll be endurance style events. I've planned certain things (see below) but have some months spare so will update as and when.

I'd like to raise as much money as possible for the three charities we support at work each year - Jump Children's charity, Warrington Animal Welfare and Room at the Inn.
