Story
During the early weeks of the coronavirus lockdown I had an idea to help raise funds for the North Lakes Foodbank. It is based on Paul Simon's "50 Ways to Leave Your Lover", but retitled "50 Ways to Live Your Lockdown" I'll be emailing out 50 photos from my lockdown. Whilst the Foodbank has always welcomed money donations, what they really need now in the current circumstances is food items. My employers, Booths supermarket, Keswick, are generously supporting me by supplying the food for me at cost price, initially up to £1,000 - to be reviewed after that. The company supports the Foodbank through normal times but is happy to step this up during this crisis. I will cover the JustGiving admin fees for the foreseeable future, so 100% of donations will help to feed the hungry. The Foodbank has always been important, but none more so than now. Please support me in this project and enjoy my quirky photos.

5 years agoI'm new to this JustGiving thing, but I have had a couple of anonymous donations with no amounts showing - initially I wasn't sure if they were errors, but may be not, so please accept my grateful thanks for these. Barry
