Story

As many will know, Barney was born with 2X holes in his heart . He benefited from heart surgery at the Bristol Childrens hospital before he was one year old and has gone on to live a normal and happy life, thanks to the dedication and care recieved from the facility.

By means of repaying his thanks, Barney enjoys undertaking fundraising around the festive period where over the past 3 years (with the help of his Dad and Godfather Bradley) he has successfully secured in excess of £7000 to contribute towards toys and electronics for the children and their parents to use during their time at the hospital.

This year is no exception and 9 year old Barney will be undertaking his toughest test to date by undetaking a “midnight march” around the streets of London. We will be commencing the walk from London Paddington Station at around 1800 on Friday 22nd December and Finish off at 0600 on the 23rd December before catching the first train west, back home for a well earned kip 💤

Barney is extremely grateful and very humbled by everyones support over the past 3 years and hopes to do everyone proud again this year. He is especially grateful for the support he receives from local media and his sports teams Dings and Gracie Barra Yate that he is so proud to be a part of, thanks to his “mended heart” ❤️

Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 ❤️
