Story
The Bangor Bird Group is the UK's longest running University Bird Group which for 75 years has offered, to both university and general public alike, a wide range of talks, primarily on birds but also covering other wildlife and many topics of conservation interest. Meetings are held on a weekly basis between October and March.
Please use this page to donate to the Bangor Bird Group in lieu of running face-to-face meetings in the 2020-2021 season. All donations very much appreciated.

3 years agoThank you so much to all our supporters. We are closing the fundraising well above our original £500 target. These funds will allow us to obtain room hire when we are able to meet again and pay our speakers to continue providing you a great series of talks.

3 years agoDear Bangor Bird Group supporters, We want to thank everyone who has donated so far. Your generosity will really help the group prosper in to the future and allow us to attract some headline speakers. As we allow people to donate for attending meetings we will keep the page open and have increased our target to £1000. Let's see if we can reach this new target! Best wishes, BBG committee.
