Jace Carney is a beautiful baby boy and the pride and joy of both his parents, Scott and Emma. Recently, Jace was diagnosed with a devastating incurable illness called Krabbe. This targets the immune system that directly effects the nervous system in the brain, giving poor Jace a minute chance of survival. We are raising funds to try and give Jace and his family the best memories during the final days of his beautiful life.
