Nick Goodwin has served as the Official Axminster Town Crier since March 2007. Nick provided his own uniform at the time of appointment and this regalia has served him, and the town, well. But, time takes its toll, and now the time has come to provide Nick with something smarter, more practical and in keeping with the town's rich and colourful heritage. We hope you can help Nick to keep on representing the town as our Town Crier and ambassador.

The total cost of the new uniform and regalia will be approximately £2500 but I have already received a significant donation from Axminster Town Council of £1000 and another donation of £100 from James Rowe, the Lord of the Manor. This leaves £1400 to be raised.
