This gorgeous little 4 year old boy Arthur is in the battle of his life fighting leukemia. His family have just been told its exceptionally rare in the genetic mutations it has taken, so much so top scientists have never come across it. He's currently back in hospital in a very poorly way and we would like to help give him something to make him smile about. He's an adorable little clever boy who more than deserves an extra special treat.
