Story

Theatres around the world are closed and we, as an entire industry, are facing a devastating impact of the Coronavirus. Over the last six years, Arrows & Traps have tried to be a positive creative force for our local theatre community, providing a high standard of quality Fringe theatre to South London at the Brockley Jack Studio, producing 19 critically-acclaimed productions - including Frankenstein, Jekyll & Hyde, Chaplin: Birth of a Tramp and The White Rose.

The current pandemic situation forced us to curtail our first UK tour with three weeks of performances left still to perform, and subsequently meant that we had to completely cancel our upcoming Spring tour, leaving us in deficit and devastated.

As a company not in receipt of regular funding, we derive the vast majority of our income from the box office of our performances - and as such we will struggle to survive whilst the theatres of the UK are closed.

We are a non-profit making theatre company run by people who love plays, and we would be heart-broken if this current situation caused us to go out of business permanently.

If you are able to make even the smallest donation to help us, it would mean a great deal to all of us.

Thank you, and stay safe,

Ross McGregor (Artistic Director)
