Hi Everyone

As most of you know our daughter Aoife has a brain tumour, & on the 19/11/24 she will be having surgery In Manchester England,

Aoife was diagnosed back in December 2021, we called the GP so many times they ignored us, due to “Covid” & took her to A & E several times & still turned away even when she was having a seizure in front of the doctor he still didn’t to tests or scans so she was left.. After she had a massive seizure in school, & rushed to hospital, we finally found out it was a brain tumour causing her to seizure, we spent 4 days in Craigavon Area Hospital, before being transferred to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast where we spent another 3 weeks, we got home a few days before Christmas, that was our goal, just to have Christmas at home with all the children.

Now we are at the time of surgery & she will be having the surgery at the side of her head & so they will have to shave part of her hair off, we would really like to raise money for her recovery needs & a little later down the line hair extensions for when she is healed, I know she will probably freak out loosing her long hair, but if we can give her a little hope that it’s only for a little while I think she would just love her long hair back. We aren’t sure as yet of what else Aoife might need in this difficult time for her, I just want her to be as stress free & as happy as a teenager can be.

Aoife just loves Disney especially Micky & Minnie Mouse, she is so talented at drawing & just loves to colour, Aoife is just happy when she’s doing her arts & crafts, all while eating a 1/2 & 1/2 sausage supper with curry sauce from the Chinese….. 😂

We would also like to make a donation to the Ronald McDonald House too, they house families like us who have sick children while they are in hospital, & are doing an amazing job..

I can’t THANK YOU ALL enough for all the support you have already given us but I just hope you can all support again by just giving what you can, it really doesn’t have to be much at all.
