Latha is a wonderful, kind hearted and generous lady who lives on our road and is often raising money for charitable causes in Sri Lanka.

Latha lives with her husband as well as her daughter, son-in-law and their 2 year-old grandson in one of the flats on Chalsey Road. Latha's daughter recently gave birth to a baby boy but on 3rd November at just 1 month old, he unexpectedly died in the night.

Latha mentioned she would like to send her daughter, son in law and grandson to be with their extended family in Sri Lanka as soon as possible after the funeral. There is nothing that can ease the pain of such a tragic and unexpected loss but she thinks this may help to give them some time and space to grieve as well as much needed support from their family.
