Story
This year I will be running in the Baker Hughes 10K race - my first ever run!
As I will not be running for a specific charity I would like to try to raise funds to donate to the Cove Youth FC, whose ambition is to create a small sided 7v7 pitch at the Gateway Estate and name the pitch in honour of the late Chris Niven.
I would love to make good use of this occasion and appeal to all my generous friends and family to get behind me and support the dedication of the club to provide a fantastic place for the youth of today and tomorrow to enjoy.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to every one of you for your donations and messages of support. I finished the 10K race in my best time ever of 1hr 2 mins and raised £500 for the Cove Youth Football Club, which is a fantastic contribution towards their pitch fund, they will be so pleased. And No, I haven't signed up to anything else crazy.....yet !!
