    Story

Our dearest friend and colleague, Andy Taylor, sadly passed away today. After falling ill at work, he returned home where his condition worsened and an ambulance was called. Andy was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge, where tests revealed he had formed a blood clot in his brain stem, suffering a stroke. Despite their best efforts, doctors sadly could not save Andy; MRI tests revealed no brain activity.

This is devastating news to all of Andy's family, friends and colleagues. Andy was young, fit, strong and energetic. He loved life but loved his wife and kids more than anything.

Those of use who knew Andy knew him as the massive personality, whose presence occupied the room. Many of us will have looked up to him, figuratively and literally. He towered above most and used his size for good, through work, reaching out to those in the community less fortunate than himself.

He leaves behind his wife, Holly, as well as three young children, Aurora, Aurelia and Xander.

My heart is broken but you have left me three beautiful children that will grow up with you in them. I want you all to know how strong and kind my Sexpants was but now he has left us. I know you all loved him and even got on your nerves that’s what he did best. You left me Too early but you made an impact on everyone’s life you touched. If anyone wants to say one last goodbye you are more than welcome. Love you Andy Taylor always will x your wife xx (Holly Taylor)

I really cannot believe Andy is no longer with us. But his memory will live on. Please give generously. Your donations will go towards Holly and the children.

Andy, we're going to miss you but you've left this world with three beautiful children. The one comfort is knowing that you will live on through them. Sweet dreams, mate.

Gone but never forgotten. Won't forget our 6 months together at training school and your wicked sense of humour. Haven't had a chance to meet your family, but sending them huge hugs and love x x x

I simply can't believe. I will never forget gate crashing your stay in Spain, the joyous time we had and the warmth and love Andy and the Breakwell tribe showed us. My thoughts are with you Holly xxx

I found Andy through social media and he served as an inspiration. The world clearly did not deserve him - my thoughts and prayers to his family
