Story
I set a target to raise £10,000 for cancer and mental health charities, and I am so close to achieving that, having raised £8778 to date. The target was set as I was recovering from a cancer diagnosis and over the course of the last year, through my love of running and inspiring others, I have taken on extreme running challenges, raising vital funds.
"..whilst recovering from my own cancer diagnosis"
I have opened this fundraising page as many people ask how they can support my fundraising even when I am not undertaking one of the self-designed endurance challenges. 100% of your donations will go to the following 3 charities.
100% to 3 charaties
ChemoHemo - who provide 'Boxes of Kindness' to cancer patients at their first chemotherapy treatment.
YoungMinds - who do amazing outreach programmes with our young people to support the challenges around mental health.
The Oddballs Foundation - who through programmes in schools colleges breakdown the stigma and normalise the conversation around testicular cancer.
Whether you found your way here by listening to a podcast I've been featured on, or perhaps the radio adverts that The Voice are kindly running for me then I cannot thank you enough for supporting me in my efforts to support others.

2 months agoCompleted! 100K from London to Brighton. This was the second year I have done this run and it was just as fantastic this year. I got to meet some amazing people along the way, enjoyed a varied route of road, trail, woods, fields of sheep and cows. And an amazing leg massage at the end. Thank you for all your support in helping me achieve my target.

Again this year I will carry on my backpack the names of those whose lives have been touched by cancer, those in remission, those receiving treatment and those we remember. Thank you to everyone who has put a name forward, they are all added. On the day I’ll share lots of posts on social so you can join the ‘fun’ Thanks for all your support Andy

What is crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
