I’m taking on the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge – running a gruelling 100km non-stop – to raise funds for Danny Fudge-Harman's MND Mission.

This incredible cause is close to my heart as I honour the memory of my lifelong friend, Paul Smith, who tragically lost his battle with Motor Neuron Disease (MND) in 2024.

MND is a devastating, terminal condition that robs people of their ability to move, speak, eat, and ultimately breathe. Most people survive just 3 to 5 years after diagnosis. However, Danny has defied the odds, living with MND for 13 years. His journey has been nothing short of inspirational, and his mission is just as extraordinary.

Danny’s MND Mission is dedicated to:

- Raising awareness of MND.

- Providing support to those affected.

- Fundraising for local MND charities.

- Contributing to life-changing drug trials, including Danny's own.

- Inspiring others with the hope of one day finding a cure.

Every step of my 100km journey is for Danny, Paul, and the countless others affected by this cruel disease. Together, we can raise vital funds to continue the fight against MND and offer hope to those who need it most.
